As Our Host/Hostess, You Will:
- Warmly greet and enthusiastically welcome every guest, ensuring a fantastic first impression.
- Efficiently manage reservations and waitlists, optimizing table turnover and seating guests promptly.
- Answer phone inquiries, take reservations, and provide accurate restaurant information with a friendly demeanor.
- Assist in bussing tables, clearing dishes, and resetting them for new guests.
- Support the serving team by delivering food to tables as needed.
- Collaborate seamlessly with our serving team to ensure smooth seating transitions and guest satisfaction.
- Maintain a clean and organized host stand and entry area, setting a positive tone for our guests.
- Engage with waiting guests, keeping them informed of wait times and ensuring they feel attended to.
- Assist in managing guest flow and communicate table status clearly to the rest of the team.

- Strong Communication Skills: Ability to engage guests with confidence, professionalism, and a friendly attitude.
