About the Role
As a Sales Development Representative (SDR) at Boast, you will be a critical part of our revenue growth engine. You will research and identify companies that fit our ideal customer profile, find key decision-makers, and engage them through multi-channel outreach to secure qualified sales meetings. Working closely with our sales executives, you’ll help move leads through the funnel and contribute directly to the company’s growth.
Key responsibilities include:
- Achieve monthly Sales Qualified Lead (SQL) targets
- Identify, qualify, and convert prospective customers into initial sales meetings with the goal of generating SQLs
- Use outbound sales enablement tools and CRM (Salesforce) to maintain a disciplined, efficient prospecting process
- Follow up with interested prospects who have not yet purchased, nurturing relationships
- Collaborate closely with sales executives to meet company goals and ensure smooth lead handoffs
- Take detailed notes and maintain accurate prospect data for seamless transitions
- Develop and maintain deep knowledge of the R&D tax credit landscape and Boast’s value proposition
- Provide feedback to improve SQL pipeline volume and velocity
What You'll Need:
- Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience with 1+ years in sales, preferably in SaaS, IoT, or related industries
- French Bilingual a must
- Demonstrated coachability, eagerness to learn, and hunger to succeed
- Proven ability to prospect, qualify, and cold call/email leads successfully
- Track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets with a consultative, solutions-focused approach
- Strong communication, time management, and presentation skills
- Experience with Salesforce, ZoomInfo, or similar sales tools
- Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, sometimes ambiguous environment
- Ability to prioritize and manage multiple tasks simultaneously
- Willingness and ability to work remotely

- Experience working with technology, product, and business teams to align sales prospecting
- Sound business judgment and ability to influence others
- Strong analytical skills
- Creative, self-motivated, and proactive attitude
