Position Overview:
We are looking for a Bilingual Customer Concierge Representative to join our team full-time at our Concord, Ontario office. This is an in-person role where you will be a key point of contact for both English and French-speaking clients across Canada. You will handle incoming inquiries, process orders, and provide product support across our portfolio of aesthetic technologies and skincare solutions.
Key Responsibilities:
• Deliver exceptional customer service in both French and English, via phone and email
• Process client orders, returns, and shipping requests accurately and efficiently
• Answer questions about Salient’s products, devices, and skincare offerings
• Support our sales team with administrative coordination and client follow-up
• Maintain detailed records in our CRM system and ensure all client interactions are logged appropriately
• Collaborate with internal teams including logistics, marketing, and training to ensure smooth client experiences
• Assist with scheduling or preparation for in-clinic trainings, demos, and events
Qualifications:
• Fully bilingual in French and English (verbal and written communication required)
• Customer service experience preferred, especially in healthcare, aesthetics, or professional B2B environments
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills
• Highly organized with excellent attention to detail
• Proficient with Microsoft Office (Excel, Outlook, Word); experience with CRMs is a plus
• Positive, team-oriented attitude with the ability to manage multiple tasks in a fast-paced setting
