Looking to hire someone open to working at our Richmond Centre location as well as our McArthurGlen location.

Overview

The primary responsibility of a key holder is driving sales as a team leader, aiding in achieving both individual sales targets and store productivity goals.

In the absence of the Store Manager and Associate Manager, you will lead the team. You will be expected to utilize superior selling skills, provide exceptional customer service, and deliver up to date product knowledge to our customers.

Requirements & Responsibilities

  • Deliver friendly, supportive, energetic, and enthusiastic customer service.

  • Inform and educate customers using detailed product knowledge.

  • Help troubleshoot any customer concerns clearly and effectively.

  • Be ambitious and motivated to sell new and designer products.

  • Thrive in a team-based environment to achieve store goals.

  • Share your flare and passion for fashion and home décor.

  • Product fulfillment and shipping.

  • Ensure pricing and signage is clear and easy to read.

  • Be familiar with all current and future in-store promotions.

  • Ability to stand for up to 8 hours.

  • Ability to lift or carry a box up to 50 lbs. in weight.

  • Ability to shift, push, reach, stretch, twist, bend, pull or maneuver weight over 50 lbs. to fold, stock and build or display merchandise. In addition, you may be required to change beds including moving a mattress to put on a bed skirt.

  • Ability to climb ladders, lift stock up to 20 lbs. at/over shoulder height and change light bulbs.

Skills & Qualifications

  • 1 year of sales and retail experience preferred.

  • Dedication towards providing exceptional customer service and in-store experiences.

  • Demonstrated success in driving sales and building customer loyalty.

  • Leadership skills.

  • Excellent communication and problem-solving skills.

  • Previous experience in home styling or fashion retail an asset.

  • Open availability – days, evenings and weekends.

Key Relationships

Reporting to the Store Manager and coordinating with other Sales Associates.
