About Arc Compute

Arc Compute builds high-performance GPU infrastructure powering everything from AI to advanced rendering. As demand surges, we’re hiring a Technical Account Executive to own our inbound sales pipeline and help customers make smarter hardware decisions, faster. You’ll blend deep technical understanding with a consultative sales mindset—guiding CTOs, engineers, and procurement teams toward the right solution.

What You’ll Do

  • Manage and convert inbound sales leads—from discovery through to close.
  • Qualify technical needs and provide guidance on GPU/server configurations, scalability options, and compatibility.
  • Act as the technical translator between client needs and our hardware solutions.
  • Partner with engineering and product to align on feasibility and long-term solutions.
  • Maintain strong CRM hygiene and contribute to accurate forecasting and reporting.

What We’re Looking For Hard Skills

  • 5+ years in technical sales, solutions engineering, or pre-sales—preferably in hardware, compute, or AI infrastructure.
  • Strong technical fluency in GPUs, server architecture, power/thermal dynamics, and hardware integrations.
  • Proven ability to work with technical buyers (CTOs, ML engineers, IT leads).
  • Experience navigating B2B hardware sales cycles, ideally with inbound leads.
  • Familiarity with CRMs (HubSpot, Salesforce) and pipeline management.

Soft Skills

  • Consultative, curious, and persuasive—you know how to earn trust and close with confidence.
  • Comfortable leading technical conversations and simplifying complexity for buyers.
  • Organized and self-motivated with strong attention to follow-ups and deal momentum.
  • Startup mentality: scrappy, adaptable, and collaborative.

Preferred Background

  • Degree in Engineering, Computer Science, Physics, or related field (or equivalent technical experience).
  • Bonus: certifications or experience with NVIDIA, AMD, or systems integration.
