About the role

Arise Talent Hub is growing, and we’re looking for a results-driven 360 Recruitment Consultant with strong business development capabilities to join our dynamic team. This is a pivotal role that blends full-cycle recruitment with strategic sales initiatives aimed at expanding our client base and delivering top-tier talent across various industries.

The ideal candidate will bring a proven background in B2B sales and end-to-end recruitment , along with a consultative approach to understanding client needs and delivering customized workforce solutions. Key Responsibilities:

  • Proactively identify, pursue, and secure new business opportunities within the staffing and recruitment industry.
  • Conduct full-cycle recruitment: sourcing, screening, interviewing, and placing qualified candidates.
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with clients through consultative selling and ongoing account management.
  • Present tailored staffing solutions and proposals based on client hiring goals and challenges.
  • Collaborate closely with internal teams to ensure seamless delivery and a high-quality client experience.
  • Stay informed on industry trends, hiring patterns, and competitor activity to continuously refine sales and recruitment strategies.

Qualifications:

  • Minimum 1 year of experience in 360 recruitment and/or B2B sales , preferably within the staffing or recruitment industry
  • Hands-on experience using LinkedIn Sales Navigator for lead generation, outreach, and client engagement
  • Proven ability to outreach effectively on LinkedIn , including crafting personalized messages and nurturing leads
  • Confident and professional in conducting cold calls to prospective clients and decision-makers
  • Strong consultative sales skills with a successful track record of building and managing long-term client relationships
  • In-depth understanding of recruitment processes, sourcing strategies, and talent pipeline development
  • Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation abilities, both written and verbal
  • Self-motivated, highly organized, and capable of working independently in a remote setting .
