This is a Full Time (40 hrs a week) Temporary Contract until the Holiday Season
Are you our hidden gem?
Reporting to the Director of the Distribution Center, the DC Clerk, processes E-Commerce orders and processes merchandise for E-Commerce through other departments.
In addition the DC Clerk will be expected to…
- Process the orders
- Maintain timely and accurate data entry
- Provide timely communication to supervisor of discrepancies between merchandise documentation and actual merchandise
- Correct tagging of merchandise
- Completion of assigned tasks within specified deadlines
- Customization of the merchandise and orders to meet clients requests
Our ideal candidate has…
- A minimum of a College diploma
- A minimum of three (3) years of retail distribution experience;
- Strong team values
- Is proactive
- Great interpersonal and communications skills
- Good organization and learning skills
- Excellent communication/written skills in both English and French
- Ability to work in a fast pace environment
- Capable of working in stressful situations such as during high season
- Knowledge of Microsoft Dynamics (asset)
- Please note that due to the nature of the responsibilities of the position, a proficient level of English is required, in particular to communicate on a regular basis with employees and managers outside of Quebec.
