Role Overview: We are seeking a talented Intermediate Frontend Engineer to join our innovative team. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in web development, with a keen eye for design and user experience. As an Intermediate Frontend Engineer, you will work closely with our creative and development teams to bring visually stunning and highly functional websites and applications to life.
Key Responsibilities:
- Develop and maintain high-quality, responsive websites and applications using modern frontend technologies.
- Collaborate with designers and other developers to create seamless user experiences.
- Implement UI/UX designs accurately and ensure cross-browser compatibility.
- Optimize applications for maximum speed and scalability.
- Write clean, maintainable, and efficient code.
- Mentor junior developers and provide guidance on best practices and development standards.
- Stay up-to-date with the latest industry trends and technologies to ensure our projects remain cutting-edge.
- Participate in code reviews and contribute to the continuous improvement of our development processes.
Required Skills and Qualifications:
- 3-5 years of experience in frontend development.
- Proficiency in HTML, CSS, JavaScript, and modern JavaScript frameworks/libraries (e.g., React, Angular, Vue.js).
- Experience with version control systems, particularly Git.
- Strong understanding of responsive design principles and mobile-first development.
- Familiarity with RESTful APIs and integration with backend services.
- Familiarity with GraphQL
- Knowledge of web performance optimization techniques.
- Excellent problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
- Strong communication and teamwork abilities.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced, collaborative environment.
Preferred Skills:
- Experience with TypeScript.
- Experience with Headless CMS infrastructure (Wordpress, Sanity, Contentful)
- Knowledge of frontend build tools and module bundlers (e.g., Webpack, Gulp).
- Understanding of SEO principles and best practices.
- Experience with testing frameworks and tools (e.g., Jest, Cypress).
- Familiarity with Agile methodologies.
