We’re seeking a driven business leader with strong leadership skills, service excellence, and a desire to help build a safer world through innovative security technology and field services.
What You’ll Do:
- Lead overall branch operations, ensuring financial performance (P&L) aligns with targets and forecasts.
- Be a strong regional ambassador for Gunnebo, building professional relationships with both regional and national clients.
- Provide day-to-day operational leadership; motivate, coach and lead by example.
- Plan, organize, and drive branch performance to meet sales and profitability objectives.
- Ensure the highest standards of service delivery—quality, responsiveness, and customer satisfaction.
- Manage and support branch staff: hiring, onboarding, training, performance management, and employee relations.
- Foster skill development and technical growth aligned with business goals.
- Oversee the subcontractor partner network.
- Monitor invoicing, costing, and payables; support collections and accounts receivable processes.
- Stay current with market trends and Gunnebo’s new products and solutions.
- Support various initiatives and projects as assigned.
What You Bring:
- Minimum 3 years of people management experience in a service-based security or technology environment.
- Post-secondary education in Business or related field (an asset).
- A passion for customer service with excellent client-facing skills.
- Experience leading a field service team in a fast-paced setting.
- Strong business acumen and proven track record in achieving performance goals.
- Natural leadership skills with the ability to motivate and inspire.
- Action-oriented, resourceful, and solutions-driven.
- Excellent communication skills—both verbal and written.
- Financial literacy and accountability in managing branch-level budgets.
- Ability to work cross-functionally and collaboratively across the organization.
