**About the Company**

The Regional Sales Director will be part of a national sales team and will work within the Mid-West Region. The position is a remote position but will include 50% travel throughout the Mid-West and other areas of the country. The Regional Sales Director will be responsible for prospecting in his/her territory, pursuing qualified leads, and meeting quarterly revenue targets.

**Responsibilities**

* Consistently achieve targeted sales quota
* Prospect, qualify, and close cloud solution and services sales
* Manage CRM - Pipeline
* Maintain appointments weekly throughout the various stages of the lifecycle
* Develop customer presentations and lead customer meetings
* Develop closing plans for each opportunity

**Qualifications**

* Bachelor’s degree required
* 10+ years solution selling to various industries
* Experience in and deep understanding of Oracle ERP ecosystems
* Follows a methodical sales process
* Hosting solution sales (managed services and professional services) experience required
* Effective user of internal and external resources (SEs, execs, SMEs, integrated partners, etc.)
* Ability to call on C-Level executives
* Strong contact and networking base
* Excellent listening, writing & presentation skills
* Sense of urgency and strong work ethic, self-motivated, and accountable to forecast and quota
* Highly energetic person who can work independently in addition to being a strong team player
* Strong interpersonal and influencing skills
* Strong verbal and written communications skills
* IT Infrastructure and Hosting knowledge a plus

RÉSUMÉ DU POSTE

Le Directeur Régional des Ventes fera partie d'une équipe nationale de ventes et travaillera dans la région du Midwest. RESPONSABILITÉS

* Atteindre constamment les quotas de ventes ciblés.
* Prospecter, qualifier et conclure des ventes de solutions et services cloud.
* Gérer le CRM – Pipeline.
* Maintenir des rendez-vous hebdomadaires tout au long des différentes étapes du cycle de vie.
* Développer des présentations clients et diriger les réunions avec les clients.
* Élaborer des plans de conclusion pour chaque opportunité.

QUALIFICATIONS

* Diplôme de baccalauréat requis.
* **10+ ans**
  d'expérience dans la vente de solutions à divers secteurs d'activité.
* Expérience approfondie et compréhension des écosystèmes ERP SAP.
* Suit un processus de vente méthodique.
* Expérience requise dans la vente de solutions d'hébergement (services gérés et services professionnels).
* Utilisateur efficace des ressources internes et externes (SEs, cadres, experts, partenaires intégrés, etc.).
* Capacité à contacter des dirigeants de niveau C (C-Level).
* Solide réseau de contacts et base de réseautage.
* Excellentes compétences en écoute, rédaction et présentation.
* Sens de l'urgence et éthique de travail élevée, autonome et responsable des prévisions et du quota.
* Personne très énergique capable de travailler de manière indépendante tout en étant un membre solide de l'équipe.
* Solides compétences interpersonnelles et d'influence.
* Excellentes compétences en communication orale et écrite.
* Connaissance des infrastructures informatiques et de l'hébergement, un atout.
