Caregiver / Support Worker – Flexible Hours (Seniors & Disabilities)

$20–$22/hour
About the Role:
A locally owned Edmonton agency is hiring compassionate caregivers to support:
- Seniors needing companionship, personal care, or respite
- Children and adults with disabilities (FSCD / PDD clients)
You’ll work 1:1 in client homes and communities, supporting daily routines, safety, and meaningful engagement.
Schedule & Hours:
- Flexible scheduling
- Build your own caseload based on availability and client fit
- Typical shifts: Weekdays, evenings, weekends
- Expect 5–20 hours/week to start, with potential to grow
What You’ll Do:
- Provide non-medical care: companionship, respite, personal support
- Follow individualized care plans and family preferences
- Support with community outings, routines, and engagement
- Track hours and communicate updates

Requirements:
- Experience supporting seniors and/or people with disabilities
- Current CPR/First Aid
- Criminal Record Check (Vulnerable Sector)
- Reliable transportation

- HCA, DSW, or equivalent training
- Comfort with dementia or behavioral needs
- Bilingual or fluent in other languages
