About the role

Job Description

Your role:

  • Develop innovative AI systems that generate competitive advantages by applying best practices in AI performance evaluation to guide the Bank towards the best technological choices.
  • Understand and challenge business needs and architectural requirements, converting them into functional requirements while ensuring traceability.
  • Write detailed functional analyses (aligned with business needs and architectural solutions), validate them with business partners, present them to developers, and ensure their proper implementation.
  • Perform functional tests and assist the testing team in developing and conducting acceptance tests for developed solutions.
  • Diagnose, coordinate, and resolve issues related to the proper functioning of solutions.
  • Coach interns and junior analysts on the state of the art and best development practices.
  • Participate in the dissemination and promotion of the AI transformation culture within the Bank.

Your team:

Within the technology sector, you are part of a team of 25 colleagues and report to the Senior Director of the AI Factory. Our team stands out for its expertise in artificial intelligence, quality of delivery, customer experience, creativity, and collaborative atmosphere.

Tools such as the Data Academy, language training, the Harvard Learning Center, and coaching and mentoring support are available to you at all times.

Prerequisites:

  • Bachelor's degree in computer science, administration, or equivalent. Minimum of 5 years of experience as an analyst.
  • Experience in developing and deploying AI systems in a complex business context.
  • Practical knowledge and experience with agile development methodologies.
  • Experience in producing detailed and relevant user stories in an agile project context.
  • Knowledge of the Atlassian suite (Jira, Confluence, Bitbucket).
  • Proficiency in programming languages such as Python, SQL, and a wide range of AI libraries.
  • AWS cloud certifications and mastery of "infrastructure as code" automation techniques are an asset.
  • Excellent interpersonal skills in a team context and in relationships with business partners. Ability to effectively communicate AI results and recommendations to non-technical stakeholders.
