A career as a Senior Operations Clerk at National Bank is a job where your ability to work in synergy with several partners is highlighted. With your excellent customer service and proactivity, you take charge of administrative needs and respond to requests from customers and partners.
Your job
- Take charge of the processing and administrative follow-up of files
- Participate in the updating of work processes and procedures according to quality standards
- Collaborate in the resolution of identified operational problems
- Raise issues or opportunities for improvement
- Ensure compliance and risk management compliance
- Actively participate in your development and that of your peers
Work schedules are flexible and include telecommuting or daily presence in the office depending on operational needs. They can vary depending on the team and are mainly during the day. The position reports to the Director and you collaborate with your team members on a daily basis in the processing of the sector's activities. We know that we can count on our colleagues to share knowledge and help each other.
Prerequisite
- High school diploma holder
- Administrative skills
- Propensity to provide fast and efficient customer service
- Have knowledge of the Office suite and collaboration tools
- Computer skills
- Ability to identify and raise avenues for process improvement
- Ability to prioritize and manage multiple files simultaneously
- Learning ability and curiosity
