Qualifications & Requirements
· Current Personal Training Certification plus five years of customer service experience
· Current CPR Certification within the last year
· Experience working in a sale’s driven environment
· Proven success in achieving monthly KPI’s and quotas
· Ability to drive a high-performance sales team
· Demonstrate a high degree of professionalism, confidentiality, and integrity
· Basic proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite including PowerPoint, SharePoint, Word, and Excel.

Responsibilities
- Oversee the personal training team, ensuring high-quality service and client satisfaction.
- Develop and implement training programs tailored to individual client needs.
- Utilize Microsoft Office tools for scheduling, reporting, and analysis of client progress.
- Foster a positive environment through effective communication and leadership.
- Maintain CPR certification and ensure team compliance with safety standards.
Job Types: Full-time, Permanent
Pay: $50,000.00-$75,000.00 per year
