**This is a "term" position for July 30th 2025 - September 1st 2025. (dates may slightly vary)**

1.) Yarmouth bank #1 (Mon-Fri) $25 flat rate per clean (1-2hrs work)
2.) Yarmouth bank #2 (Mon-Fri) $25 flat rate per clean (1-2hrs work)
3.) Yarmouth store #3 (1 per month. Aug, Sept 2 per month) $50 flat rate per clean. (2hrs work)
3a.) Yarmouth store #4 ( 1 per month) $80 flat rate per clean. (4hr approx. work)

Note: The banks also have a Vault/ATM room cleaning that is included. This is only 4 times per year & we email our staff with reminders. (to be scheduled with bank staff during open hours, as they supervise)

An SDS binder on site, logs sheets & a messages book (in case the staff wants to leave a message, or vise versa).

Job Details

• Open/Lock Up building
• Some Heavy Lifting (10-30lbs)
• Daily/Weekly/Monthly/Annual cleaning tasks
• Changing/taking out garbage
• Cleaning bathrooms
• Cleaning counters, windows, spot cleaning (if necessary)
• Dusting, sweeping, vacuuming moping
• Minor repairs (if necessary - will be discussed)
• Ensure cleaning supply stock is kept full & advise when running low.
• Advise office of any necessary repairs when noticed.
