We're looking for a motivated, self-starting Leasing Agent

to join our close-knit team at My Capital Corner

, part of the Elevate Realty Group.

This is a commission-based

, part-time

opportunity with flexible hours—and serious potential to grow into a full-time role if it’s the right fit. If you have previous leasing experience, strong follow-up skills, and a passion for real estate—we want to hear from you.

What You'll Be Doing:

• Marketing and showing rental properties in Toronto (Primarily near our office located at 228 Oakwood Ave)

• Handling inquiries, scheduling viewings, and building relationships with prospective tenants

• Guiding applicants through the entire leasing process

• Preparing lease documents, collecting deposits

• Communicating with landlords and providing market feedback

What We’re Looking For:

• Proven experience in leasing, rentals, or client-facing roles

• Strong communication, organization, and follow-up skills

• Someone who’s proactive, reliable, and thrives without being micromanaged

• A team player who’s comfortable working independently and on the road

• Access to a reliable vehicle, smartphone, and laptop

• Someone local, the closer you are to our office, the better. Most of the properties we manage are within a 15 minute drive of our office.
