NUS Consulting Group is an international energy management and sustainability consulting firm which provides solutions to commercial and industrial businesses.
We build and manage utility invoice databases for large businesses. This data is used for energy purchasing, budgeting and sustainability purposes. We are looking to expand our team of data entry specialists due to growth in our client base.
Entering and reviewing utility data is a complex task, and we are looking for detail-oriented individuals who like basic math.
As a data entry specialist, you will be responsible for understanding the structure of various utility bills (electricity, natural gas, water, etc.), and entering this data into our data systems. As part of the data entry process, you will be responsible for ensuring that data is accurately processed, and for identifying (or flagging) any entry issues.
Our North York office is responsible for data entry for all Canadian and Asia-Pacific NUS clients.
Minimum Job Requirements:
- Education: High School or Equivalent
- Experience: Ten-key data entry experience is preferred
- Specific Skills: Attention to detail
Ability to read Mandarin required
Ability to read Cantonese an asset
Job Location: This position is ON-SITE - no remote working. You must be able to commute to our office at 111 Gordon Baker Road, North York, ON (Hwy 404 and Finch Ave.)
Note – our office has an all-day shuttle connection to the Don Mills Subway station at Fairview Mall.
