About the Role:
We are looking for a dedicated Account Manager to build and maintain long-term, high-value relationships with our clients. You will serve as the primary point of contact for a portfolio of accounts, supporting their success on the Digistore24 platform from onboarding to ongoing optimization.
Your mission is to deliver exceptional client support, drive revenue-generating opportunities, and ensure partners feel confident, informed, and empowered when working with Digistore24.
Key Responsibilities:
- Guide clients through the Digistore24 platform, providing support and education on new and existing features.
- Build strong relationships and proactively identify opportunities to increase client satisfaction and business growth.
- Address client questions and concerns quickly and clearly via chat and video calls, ensuring consistent follow-up and resolution.
- Collaborate with internal teams to resolve issues and implement solutions that serve the client's best interests.
- Track daily tasks and report weekly performance based on KPIs.
- Continuously expand your knowledge of both our platform and the digital marketing landscape.
Required Skills & Qualifications:
- Knowledge of direct response marketing and online business models.
- Strong communication and negotiation skills.
- Excellent customer service and relationship management abilities.
- Problem-solving mindset with a proactive, self-driven approach.
- Strong time management and organizational skills.
- Quick to learn new tools and systems.
- Fluent in English; Spanish proficiency is a plus.
