Job Description:
Reporting to the Manager, Clinical Resource Team (CRT) the selected candidates of the CRT will provide clinical expertise and act as a team member while they work across a variety of units and sites. Being highly visible and an essential component of the interdisciplinary team, the CRT staff will have the opportunity to build relationships, while acquiring additional clinical experience. Qualifications:
- Graduate of a recognized College or School of Nursing
- Baccalaureate degree (Preferred)
- Registered in good standing with the College of Nurses of Ontario (CNO) or currently meet the eligibility criteria to register in good standing in the Temporary Class or General Class with the CNO
- Current B.L.S.
- A minimum two years medicine experience
- Reliable and flexible individual who is willing to work collaboratively within an interdisciplinary team environment
- Must have effective interpersonal, communication, organizational and problem solving skills
- All shift availability
- Evidence of ongoing professional development
- Patient assessment course (Preferred) Satisfactory attendance and performance record required
