We are hiring immediately for a full-time Secondary Markets Program Coordinator.
As a Secondary Markets Program Coordinator, you will be part of a collaborative team that works together to help Best Buy sell their non-core products online.
In this role, the successful candidate needs to be located in the Lower Mainland, where we practice a remote-first working model, leveraging occasional in person interactions within the greater Vancouver area for strategic, collaborative, and social purposes.
Join our innovative team and help our Secondary Markets team continue to grow its wide variety of business channels.
What will you do:
- Collaborate with team members to enhance product descriptions and images
- Partner with internal teams to understand their business needs and propose action plans for their growth
- Manage and update product listings, ensuring they are accurate, visually appealing, and optimized for search
- Monitor performance metrics, offering insights and suggestions for improvement
- Analyze opportunities to strengthen online business channels
- Create reports to study trends that can be used to make recommendations
What are we looking for:
- 1+ years of related experience
- Ability to multitask while maintaining a strong attention to detail
- Excellent communication, organization and customer service skills
- Basic to intermediate skills in Microsoft Excel
