Job Overview
We are looking for an exceptional Pharmacy Assistant to join our growing team. We are a leading compounding pharmacy group that has expanded into a new world class facility in Mississauga. This position is for a Call Centre Pharmacy Assistant that will work with the pharmacists, technicians and other assistants to process and produce high quality compounded products. This position will also include providing excellent customer service to our customers and patients. Our facility will be fully compliant with the NAPRA guidelines and will offer sterile, non-sterile and hazardous compounding. Comprehensive training will be provided in detail for the successful applicant.

As a Pharmacy Assistant, you will:

- Answering phone calls from customers and patients

• Processing prescriptions using Kroll

• Fill prescriptions

• Charge, package, and set-up orders for delivery

• Assist with coordinating logistics when needed

• Order and organize inventory

• Liaise with vendors

• Assist with other administrative duties
