Facility Sales & Admin Become the vital link between your community and the resources that support it. What You’ll Do
- Process orders from external customers and operations employees
- Maintain facility transaction files
- Ensure accurate inventory tracking and compile related statistics
- Prepare documents, reports, spreadsheets, and presentations
- Provide quality customer service
What You Bring To Our Team
- Strong customer service skills and the ability to deal effectively with the public
- Good communication and working relationships with your teammates and customers
- Organized habits with a keen attention to detail
- Current digital skills, including spreadsheet and word processing applications within a Windows-based operating environment
