Job Overview
Copper Tip Energy Services is seeking an Accounts Receivable/Payable Clerk to join our team. The ideal candidate will have experience in accounting and possess strong analytical skills to manage accounts efficiently.

Responsibilities

• Process accounts and incoming payments in compliance with financial policies and procedures
• Perform day-to-day financial transactions, including verifying, classifying, computing, posting, and recording accounts receivables' data
• Prepare bills, invoices, and bank deposits
• Investigate and resolve any discrepancies or irregularities
• Generate financial statements and reports detailing accounts receivable status

Experience

• Proficiency in using accounting software
• Strong mathematical skills for account analysis and calculations
• Previous experience in a similar role as an accounts receivable clerk
• Excellent customer service skills with good phone etiquette
• Ability to analyze data and identify trends or discrepancies

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: $40,000.00-$55,000.00 per year
