Job Duties:
- Aid customers in part selection with top-quality service.
- Manage phone inquiries, provide quotes, and take orders.
- Ensure consistent order follow-up and accurate paperwork.
- Process retail payments and promptly address customer concerns.
- Organize and stock items, maintaining inventory and safety.
- Collaborate within the team, assisting with various tasks.
- Maintain a high Customer Service Index with the Service department.
- Other duties as assigned by the Parts Manager
Successful Candidates Possess:
- Retail and/or automotive experience.
- Ability to lift, lower, hold and carry light to heavy loads.
- Experience using CDK considered an asset
- Excellent interpersonal skills with an upbeat and engaging attitude
- Strong verbal communication and writing skills
- Organized with a strong attention to detail
- Ability to follow set and standard procedures
- Basic computer skills and a comfort with learning new software and systems
- Must have a G Class Driver’s License and clean drivers abstract
- Strong knowledge of automotive parts and technical/mechanical repairs
