About the role
WHAT WE ARE LOOKING FOR:
We are seeking a dedicated and organized Receptionist to join our team. This role is essential in providing exceptional customer service and ensuring the smooth operation of our office. The ideal candidate will possess strong clerical skills, be proficient in the Jane EMR system, also proficient in handling phone systems, and have experience in a mental health office setting. This position requires a friendly demeanor, attention to detail, and the ability to multitask effectively. Previous experience in a mental health clinic is preferred but not essential.
RESPONSIBILITIES:
- Greet and assist clients in a professional manner.
- Answer clinic emails continually throughout the day.
- Schedule appointments and maintain an organized calendar for the office.
- Perform clerical tasks such as filing, data entry, and maintaining accurate records.
- Proofread documents and emails to ensure accuracy and clarity before distribution.
- Provide customer support by addressing inquiries and resolving issues promptly.
- Assist with administrative tasks as needed to support office operations.
- Maintain a clean and organized reception area.
EXPERIENCE
- Previous experience with JaneApp CRM required.
- Previous experience within a mental health clinic is preferred.
- Familiarity with mental health clinic or procedures is a preferred.
- Previous experience as a receptionist or in an administrative role is preferred.
- Strong organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple tasks efficiently.
- Excellent customer service skills with a focus on client satisfaction.
- Proficient typing skills and experience with office software applications.
- Ability to work independently as well as part of a team.
