About the role

Overview
The CCA Summer position offers a unique opportunity for individuals passionate about childcare and supporting children on a daily basis with fun and caring activities. This role is ideal for candidates looking to gain hands-on experience in a supportive environment, working with children. As a CCA, you will help provide experiences to the children that will create memories and different learning experiences.

Responsibilities

  • Provide compassionate caregiving support to children, assisting with daily activities like field trips, art, music and sports.
  • Support children with diverse backgrounds and needs by promoting independence and dignity.
  • Maintain cleanliness and organization within the daycare spaces to ensure a safe environment.
  • Engage children in meaningful activities that promote social interaction and cognitive stimulation.
  • Collaborate with Sr. Staff when a child is sick or hurt to inform parents and provide care.
  • You would need to be willing to play, run around outside and have fun with the children.

Requirements

  • Must be a student at least 18ys to 30yrs.
  • Have some childcare knowledge like babysitting or volunteering with children

Pay: From $17.64 per hour

Expected hours: 40 per week
