About the role

We’re in the early—but exciting—stages of our growth, and we’re looking for a sharp, self-driven multitasker who’s ready to wear multiple hats. You’ll be part office anchor, part lead generator, and part customer happiness hero—all within a startup environment where your ideas and energy actually matter.

What You’ll Be Doing:

Office Administration

  • Keep the day-to-day operations humming—managing supplies, coordinating schedules, and making sure nothing falls through the cracks.
  • Help document, shape, and refine internal processes that support a high-performance, high-happiness workplace.
  • Assist in planning team events and helping make the office a fun, organized, and energizing place to work.

Sales BDR (Business Development Representative)

  • Research and reach out to potential leads via phone, email, and LinkedIn.
  • Qualify inbound and outbound leads—your job is to warm them up before handing them off to our Account Executives.
  • Book and schedule intro calls, keep our CRM clean, and follow up like a pro.
  • Support sales initiatives by helping prepare decks, proposals, and customer insights.

Customer Support

  • Be the friendly first point of contact for customers when they need help.

  • Triage and resolve basic issues—or route them to the right internal team.

  • Help track support trends and turn them into insights that make the product better.

  • Take pride in making customers feel heard, helped, and happy.

Who You Are:

  • You’ve got experience juggling administrative, sales, or support responsibilities (bonus points for startup or SaaS experience).

  • You’re confident on the phone, organized with follow-ups, and thoughtful in your communication.

  • You thrive in environments where things are still being figured out—you’re not afraid to build, test, fail, and improve.

  • You’re resourceful, curious, and know how to get things done without someone micromanaging your every move.

  • You’re a people person—you get energy from engaging with customers and team members alike.

Bonus Points If You:

  • Have used HubSpot, Intercom, or any modern CRM/support tools.
  • Are an Excel/Google Sheets wizard.
  • Have a knack for writing punchy emails or creating simple slide decks.
  • Have any kind of weird skill we can brag about (mini golf champion, barista-level coffee maker, meme curator—we’ll take it).
