About the role
Daily Responsibilities:
Handling and preparing mailouts, Batching and scanning of documents. Operate a computer terminal to verify, enter, retrieve and edit data. Key in paper documents using templates at required speed and accuracy level UPS). Cross train in other manual processes (Finalize/Dice). Calling clients and sending emails, Carts, Generics, Cheque Verification . Work under minimum supervision.
Program/technology/software knowledge is essential for this role?
Word, excel, online systems, banking Systems
Microsoft Must-have Skills/Experiences and/or Education, certifications, qualifications, designations:
• 2+ years related experience required
• Verbal and written communication skills, attention to detail, and time management skills
• Needs to be Bilingual • Ability to accurately document and record customer/client information
• Ability to enter data 7000+ key strokes per hour
• Expert user of Microsoft Excel, Access and Word
*Completion of a speed and accuracy data entry test
