JLL est à la recherche d'un(e) Administrateur(trice) de Baux qui sera responsable de l'administration des profils et de différentes tâches connexes pour un ensemble de locataires dans son portfolio. Le titulaire jouera un rôle essentiel dans la gestion et l'administration des contrats de location et veillera à ce que les termes et conditions des baux soient respectés.
CE QUE VOUS FEREZ
Interpréter les baux négociés avec les locataires des propriétés commerciales, ainsi que les documents connexes, afin de saisir l’information juridique et financière qui s’y trouve dans le système Yardi
Rédiger et mettre à jour les paramètres du bail des locataires dans le système Yardi en vue de la facturation, de l’analyse financière et juridique et de la production de rapports
Veiller à l’exactitude des données saisies et classer les tâches par ordre de priorité dans le respect des politiques et des procédures de JLL
Vérifier l’information relative aux baux présente dans le système en la comparant aux documents juridiques d’origine
Effectuer certaines tâches liées à la gestion des baux, au besoin
Assurer le suivi mensuel de la facturation
CE QUE NOUS RECHERCHONS
Diplôme collégial en technique juridique ou para juridique et au moins deux ans d’expérience en administration des baux et/ou commerciaux OU une expérience pertinente équivalente dans le milieu de l’immobilier (centres commerciaux)
Solide connaissance théorique et pratique de la suite MS Office
Connaissance de Yardi, un atout
Maîtrise du français et de l’anglais** (à l’oral comme à l’écrit)
Capacité à travailler de façon autonome dans un milieu où les activités se déroulent à un rythme rapide, à mener plusieurs tâches de front, à établir ses priorités et à respecter les échéanciers
Horaire de travail flexible
Capacité à travailler en équipe
Bonnes capacités d’analyse et connaissances de base en comptabilité

- Interactions orales et/ou écrites avec des locataires ou partenaires externes basés à l’extérieur du Québec (par exemple, fournisseurs de services, cabinets d’avocats, pairs, banquiers, firmes de courtage, firmes d’analyse de crédit, agences de crédits, clientèle non-francophone, etc.)
JLL is currently seeking a Lease Administrator who will be responsible for profile administration and various related tasks for a portfolio of tenants. The incumbent will play a crucial role in the management and administration of lease agreements and ensuring that the terms and conditions of the leases are respected.
WHAT YOU’LL BE DOING
Interpret leasing documentation negotiated with our tenants in commercial properties along with other collateral documentation to capture the legal and financial information in the Yardi system
Create and update tenants’ lease abstracts in Yardi for billing, financial, legal and reporting analytics
Ensure the accuracy of the data entered and prioritize workload while respecting the policies and procedures
Perform system lease information audits by corroborating against legal source documents
Complete special lease administration assignments as required
Support monthly recurring billing
WHAT WE’RE LOOKING FOR
Post-High School/College Law -clerk/ paralegal degree with a minimum 2 years of experience with commercial and/or office leases
Or equivalent industry experience in commercial leases
Proficiency in MS Office software and knowledge of Yardi is an asset
Ability to work independently in a fast-paced environment setting priorities (multitasking) and respecting deadlines
Flexible work schedule
Ability to work well within a team environment
Good analytical skills and basic accounting knowledge
High energy with a positive learning attitude
Fluency in French and English** (both oral and written)
