About the role

Job Description

As an Associate Director & Senior Counsel, you will be responsible for providing legal advice and support to the Equity Derivatives business. You will work closely with business leaders and other stakeholders to ensure compliance with applicable laws and regulations.

Main Responsibilities

  • Provide legal advice on a wide range of equity derivatives products and transactions.
  • Draft and negotiate documentation related to equity derivatives transactions.
  • Collaborate with internal stakeholders to identify and mitigate legal risks.
  • Stay updated on regulatory changes affecting the equity derivatives market.

Required Qualifications

  • Juris Doctor (JD) degree from an accredited law school.
  • Admission to the bar in the relevant jurisdiction.
  • 5+ years of experience in a legal role, preferably in financial services or capital markets.

Preferred Qualifications

  • Strong understanding of equity derivatives products and markets.
  • Excellent negotiation and communication skills.
  • Ability to work independently and manage multiple priorities.
