About the role
Duties
· Ensure Adherence to safety protocols and industry best practices
· Conduct pre-flight inspection of aircraft and check passenger and cargo distribution to ensure that weight and balance specifications are met.
· Conduct flight activities with ground crews and contact control towers for takeoff clearances, arrival instructions and other information.
· Conduct in-flight tests and monitor functioning of aircraft equipment and system during flight maintain communications with flight dispatchers and weather forecasters and respond to and report in-flight emergencies and malfunctions.
· Navigating flights using visual reference.
· Prepare flight evaluations reports
· Transporting passengers and cargo to various destinations.
· Any other responsibilities and duties assigned by the Chief Pilot or Operation Manager
Experience
· Valid Canadian Commercial Pilot's License (CPL)
· Total flight hours (To Be Determined)
· Pilot -in -Command (PIC) hours (To Be Determined)
· Expert knowledge of Canadian Aviation Regulations
· Positive mindset with a solid ability to work collaboratively and effectively to build relationships across our organization and customer base
· Strong written and verbal communication skills
· Exceptional customer service, organization, and prioritization skills
Job Type: Full-time
Pay: $50.00-$54.00 per hour
Expected hours: 46.00 – 52.00 per week
Flexible language requirement:
- French not required
Schedule:
- Monday to Friday
- Weekends as needed
Licence/Certification:
- pilot's license (preferred)
