Job Summary
We are seeking a dedicated and skilled Truck Driver to join our logistics team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for transporting goods safely and efficiently while providing excellent customer service. This role requires strong communication skills and the ability to handle heavy lifting, ensuring timely deliveries while adhering to safety regulations.
Duties
- Operate commercial vehicles to transport goods to designated locations.
- Load and unload cargo, utilizing forklifts and other warehouse equipment as necessary.
- Conduct pre-trip and post-trip inspections of the vehicle to ensure safety and compliance.
- Maintain accurate records of deliveries, including logs of driving hours and vehicle maintenance.
- Communicate effectively with dispatchers, customers, and other team members regarding delivery schedules and any issues that may arise.
- Provide exceptional customer service during interactions with clients at delivery sites.
- Assist in warehouse operations as needed, including moving products and organizing inventory.
- Can do dishwasher when don't have order will be good point for better wage
Requirements
- Valid Commercial Driver’s License (CDL) is required.
- Experience in commercial driving with a clean driving record.
- Ability to operate forklifts and other warehouse equipment; certification preferred but not required.
- Strong physical stamina for heavy lifting and moving of cargo.
- Excellent communication skills for effective interaction with customers and team members.
- Previous experience in a warehouse or logistics environment is a plus.
- Strong attention to detail and commitment to safety protocols.
