Job Responsibilities

• Develop, implement, and optimize Google Ads campaigns to drive quality traffic and conversions.
• Conduct thorough keyword research, create ad copy, and set up conversion tracking to ensure campaign performance is continuously improving.
• Regularly analyze and report on key metrics, adjusting bids and targeting to meet business goals.
• Perform technical SEO audits and ensure proper implementation of SEO strategies (on-page, off-page, and technical).
• Work with development teams to resolve issues such as site speed, mobile optimization, structured data, and crawl errors.
• Optimize content, metadata, and internal linking to improve search engine visibility and rankings.
• Manage and execute social media campaigns across platforms such as Facebook, Instagram, LinkedIn, and Twitter.
• Create engaging content that aligns with brand messaging and drives audience interaction.
• Track performance metrics and adjust social strategies based on analytics and trends.
• Design, implement, and manage email marketing campaigns, including newsletters, promotional offers, and customer engagement emails.
• Segment email lists to optimize targeting and improve open rates, click-through rates, and conversions.
• Analyze campaign results and make data-driven recommendations for future campaigns.
• Use tools such as Google Analytics 4 (GA4), Looker Studio, and other reporting platforms to track website and campaign performance.
• Provide regular performance reports with actionable insights to improve digital marketing efforts.
• Continuously monitor KPIs to identify opportunities for optimization across all marketing channels.
• Capture high-quality photos for social media, website content, and marketing campaigns.
• Manage and edit the company’s Shopify website, including product pages, theme customization, and app integrations.

Job Requirements

• 2+ years of experience in digital marketing with a strong focus on Google Ads, technical SEO, and email marketing.
• Proven experience managing social media accounts and driving engagement through creative strategies.
• Strong understanding of analytics tools, particularly GA4, Looker Studio, or similar platforms.
• Self-starter with the ability to manage projects independently and proactively identify opportunities for improvement.
• Strong understanding of Google Ads and its various features (search, display, remarketing, etc.).
• Knowledge of SEO best practices, including technical SEO and on-page optimization.
• Experience with email marketing platforms (e.g., Mailchimp, Klaviyo, Flodesk, etc.) and segmentation techniques.
• Basic photography and or videography skills, with the ability to create high-quality visuals (preferred but not required).
• Familiarity with Shopify is a plus, but not required.
• Highly organized with strong attention to detail and the ability to meet deadlines.
• Excellent communication skills and the ability to work well in a team-oriented environment.
• Creative problem-solver who enjoys thinking outside the box to drive results.
• A self-starter who is adaptable and can work seamlessly either independently or in a team-environment.
