Role Overview:
We are seeking a motivated, equity & commission-based Head of Sales (B2B) to lead outreach and partnerships with commercial clients, including property developers, multi-unit housing operators, and public sector buyers. This is a commission-based role with significant earning potential and the opportunity to grow into a full-time leadership position.
Key Responsibilities:
- Identify, target, and close B2B partnerships and sales opportunities
- Generate leads through cold outreach, referrals, and inbound leads
- Build long-term relationships with commercial real estate developers, facility managers, and government procurement teams
- Negotiate and close deals, meeting monthly and quarterly revenue goals
- Lead, coach, and support the sales and business development team, ensuring performance alignment with business growth objectives
Qualifications:
- Proven experience in B2B sales or business development (tech, hardware, energy, or real estate sectors preferred)
- Strong communication and negotiation skills
- Self-motivated and comfortable working independently
- Familiarity with smart tech, sustainability, or IoT is a strong asset
- Experience selling to public sector or enterprise clients is a plus
