A dynamic and fast-growing quick service restaurant (QSR) brand is seeking an experienced Brand Manager to help elevate and grow its cross-platform marketing and communications strategy. This role offers an exciting opportunity to shape the voice, visual identity, and guest experience for one of Canada’s most vibrant restaurant brands.
The Brand Manager will lead day-to-day brand marketing initiatives, working collaboratively across internal teams (creative, digital, operations, franchising, construction) and external partners to deliver compelling campaigns that drive sales, increase brand awareness, and enhance the overall guest experience.
Description
Brand Strategy & Execution
- Develop and implement brand strategy and marketing plans with clearly defined timelines, objectives, and ROI metrics.
- Manage marketing budget, creative direction, campaign timelines, and partnerships.
- Drive online and in-store sales through the development of promotional strategies and post-campaign analysis.
- Build and lead a promotional calendar in collaboration with creative and marketing leadership.
- Champion the guest experience across all channels—leveraging guest feedback, data, and brand reputation tools to drive insights and improvements.
- Oversee the development of in-store visual and audio experiences, ensuring brand alignment and consistency.
- Collaborate with social and digital teams to optimize content and campaign effectiveness across online channels.
- Manage relationships with third-party delivery partners and app vendors to maximize online ordering opportunities
Communication & Cross-Department Collaboration
- Ensure consistent brand messaging across all external communications including social media, promotional materials, and corporate messaging.
- Collaborate with operations, franchising, and construction teams to align brand experience across all guest touchpoints.
- Build networks with key influencers, industry leaders, and community stakeholders to enhance brand visibility and reputation.
- Monitor industry trends and competitive landscape to inform and evolve brand strategy.
Performance & Reporting
- Analyze marketing performance and guest feedback to create actionable insights and recommendations.
- Present post-campaign results and insights to leadership to inform future strategy.
- Identify areas of opportunity and develop innovative marketing solutions to drive brand growth.

Requirements
- Degree or diploma in Marketing, Communications, Hospitality Management, or a related field.
- Minimum 5 years of progressive experience in marketing, brand management, or a related discipline.
- Previous experience in the hospitality, QSR, or franchise-based business model is a strong asset.
- Proven ability to lead complex, multi-channel marketing initiatives that drive measurable business outcomes.
- Strong strategic thinking with analytical capabilities to translate data into actionable insights.
- Skilled in project management, with a track record of successfully managing timelines, budgets, and cross-functional collaboration.
- Exceptional verbal and written communication skills; proficiency in Microsoft Office (Excel, Outlook, Word) required.
- Demonstrated leadership and ability to foster a collaborative team environment.
- Self-starter with excellent organizational skills; able to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced setting.
- Positive, proactive, and results-oriented mindset with a passion for brand growth and innovation.
- Valid driver’s license and ability to travel to corporate and franchise locations as needed.
