- About the Opportunity Manage the month-end close process for various legal entities.
- Month-end review and reporting to Corporate office.
- Preparation of financial statements within IFRS/GAAP
- Coordination of interim and year-end audits for various entities
- Coordination, review and analysis of annual operating plans
- Preparation of cash flow forecasting
- Preparing and presenting decks to the senior leadership team
About You
- Completed a University degree and obtained a Professional Accounting Designation
- Have 7 years of experience in a relevant full cycle accounting experience.
- Prior experience managing staff
- Experience working within Real Estate sector is mandatory.
- Dealt with complex organizational structures and consolidations
- Strong analytical skills and you can produce analysis with appropriate style and language to support conclusions
- High attention to detail and strong follow-up skills
- Possess strong written and verbal communication skills
