We are seeking a Solution Developer, Power Platform & D365 for our growing Digital Solutions team. Responsibilities Include
- Define, develop and present effective Dynamics 365 and Power Platform Solutions for case management
- Engage directly with clients and project teams to gather requirements and implement tailored solutions
- Design and develop integrations between Dynamics 365 and financial or legacy systems
- Collaborate with the Application Maintenance Support (AMS) team to ensure smooth operations and timely issue resolution
- Deliver projects in an Agile SCRUM environment, participating in sprints, retrospectives and backlog grooming
- Utilize collaboration tools such as DevOps and GitHub to manage project delivery
- Mentor and support junior team members, fostering a culture of knowledge sharing
- Develop a strong understanding of our services, industry, and community engagement
Skills & Qualifications
- Technical expertise in designing, planning, configuring, or customizing Dynamics 365 for case-based solutions (e.g. customer service, grants management, licensing).
- Experience with Dynamics CRM configuration, customization (Plug-ins), and third-party integrations (e.g. Business Central, North52, DocuSign, ArcGIS)
- Proficiency in developing and supporting Azure Logic Apps and Function Apps
- Strong problem-solving skills with the ability to recommend innovative technical solutions
- Ability to obtain security clearance to support provincial and municipal public sector clients
- Experience working on large government projects is highly preferred
- Demonstrated experience in end-to-end case management processes (e.g. application, assessment, approval, audit, analytics)
- Post secondary degree in a relevant field or 5 to7 years of relevant experience
- 3 to 5 years of experience implementing CRM/case management solutions, including 2 to 4 years with Dynamics D365 and Power Platform
- Flexibility to travel to client sites as required
