You’ll work under experienced audit leadership and gain meaningful exposure to business partners and senior leaders across departments. Key Responsibilities:
- Plan and execute assurance and advisory engagements in line with IIA standards and internal policies
- Conduct walkthroughs, risk assessments, audit testing, and issue alignment with management
- Prepare comprehensive audit reports and follow up on remediation plans
- Assist with internal presentations to senior leadership and the Audit Committee
- Evaluate design and effectiveness of operational, financial, and technology controls
- Contribute to the development of the annual internal audit plan
- Support internal initiatives including NI 52-109 (Bill 198) compliance and special projects
- Participate in training, mentoring, and QA review processes
- Build strong relationships across departments while maintaining independence

Ideal Candidate Profile:
- CPA designation (or in final stages of completion)
- 3–5 years of experience in external audit, internal audit, or a similar control-focused role
- Strong knowledge of operational and financial controls; SAP experience is an asset
- Clear, confident communicator (written and verbal) with strong interpersonal skills
- Able to manage priorities independently and meet deadlines
- Organized, detail-oriented, and collaborative in team settings
- Proficient in Microsoft Office (especially Excel and PowerPoint); exposure to GRC tools and data analytics is a plus
