This role is well-suited for someone early in their safety career who is eager to learn, gain experience, and develop within a supportive and safety-driven team.
Schedule: Full Time
Location: Sherwood Park, AB
Hourly Rate: $18.00 - $20.00

Role Overview
- Assist with site safety documentation, including tracking training records and compliance documentation
- Coordinate and document toolbox talks, orientations, and safety meetings
- Support incident investigations and follow-up on corrective actions
- Provide administrative support to the Safety and Operations teams
- Contribute to building and maintaining a strong safety culture across the region
What You Will Bring
- 1+ years of experience in a safety support or administrative HSE role in industrial or construction environments preferred
- Familiarity with OH&S regulations in Alberta
- Strong organizational and communication skills
- Proficient in Microsoft Office and digital document management
- Valid driver’s license and willingness to travel within the region
- Safety certifications (e.g., CSTS, First Aid, WHMIS) are considered an asset
