Sales Jump is hiring a Sales Development Representative (SDR) on behalf of Solomon’s Edge, a fast-growing fintech firm offering proprietary Forex Automation software. This is a commission-only, remote role focused on setting qualified demos for a $15,000–$25,000 USD offer that enables clients to earn passive income through a fully automated trading experience.
Solomon’s Edge has been operating for over 2 years and has been rigorously tested in both institutional and retail trading environments . With over 100 active clients and consistent delivery of 1–3% daily returns (averaging 30% monthly), the platform is proven, scalable, and designed for long-term success.
The SDR role is ideal for someone who thrives in a performance-driven environment, understands the value of high-ticket services, and is eager to grow into a high-ticket closer.

What You'll Be Doing:
- Make daily outbound calls to cold and warm leads ( 100+ dials/day )
- You'll be contacting warm leads, all of whom have either expressed interest or are eligible for a 2-week trial of the trading bot, making it easier to build rapport and set meaningful demos
- Respond to and qualify inbound leads from the website and marketing campaigns
- Set 3–5 qualified demos per day
- Use GHL (GoHighLevel) to track conversations, follow-ups, and outcomes
- Build rapport, identify fit, and hand off to the closer
- Attend training and team huddles (3x/week: Mon, Wed, Fri)
Performance Snapshot:
- Offer price: $15,000–$25,000 USD
- Commission: 3% USD (increases to 5% USD after $100,000 USD in collected sales)
- OTE : $2,000–$3,000 USD/month
- Pay frequency : Every Friday
- After $200,000 USD in cash collected, SDRs get full access to:
- The proprietary trading bot
- Up to $100,000 USD in prop trading capital
Key Performance Indicators (KPIs):
- 100+ outbound dials per day
- 3–5 qualified demos set per day
- Timely and accurate CRM documentation (via GHL)
- Weekly contribution to pipeline performance and handoff quality

What We're Looking For:
- Must be based in Canada or the United States
- Fluent English speaker with clear, professional communication
- Available full-time and able to work in Eastern Time
- Coachable, consistent, and goal-oriented
- Experience with outbound calling or appointment setting (preferred)
- Comfortable using CRM platforms and managing lead follow-up
- Open to learning about trading and the Forex industry
