Talent Acquisition Coordinator

The Talent Acquisition Coordinator will support the end-to-end recruitment process by coordinating interviews, managing candidate communications, assisting with sourcing / talent pool management and administrative tasks. This is a great opportunity for someone looking to grow in HR and talent acquisition.

How You’ll Help

• Schedule and coordinate interviews across multiple calendars and time zones

• Communicate with candidates throughout the hiring process, ensuring a positive experience

• Collaborate with TA Partners to support recruitment efforts for high volume roles through sourcing, resume review and phone interviews

• Preparing and posting job ads

• Actively maintain candidate pools to ensure a positive candidate experience

• Prepare and send offer letters

• Assist with recruitment reporting and metrics tracking

• Participate in recruiting events, job fairs, and employer branding initiatives

• Support additional TA related projects as needed

Your Skills & Experience:

• Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business, or a related field (or equivalent experience)

• 1–2 years of experience in HR, recruiting, or an administrative role

• Previous experience in a fast-paced, environment required

• Familiarity with sourcing tools (LinkedIn Recruiter, etc.)

• Strong organizational and time-management skills

• Excellent written and verbal communication skills

• Ability to handle confidential information with discretion

• Tech-savvy: Comfortable with Outlook, Excel, and Oracle

• A team player with a proactive and customer-service mindset

• Fluent in French and/or Spanish considered a strong asset

• Up to 10% travel may be required within North America
