Job Description:
As a Customer Support Specialist, you will play a key role in providing excellent customer service and technical support. You’ll work closely with both customers and internal teams to ensure a great user experience.
Responsibilities:
- Respond to customer inquiries via email and phone
- Troubleshoot product-related issues and provide solutions
- Work with internal teams to resolve technical problems
- Gather and report customer feedback for service improvements
Requirements:
- Must be legally eligible to work in Canada
- Fluent in English with strong verbal and written communication skills
- Strong problem-solving and organizational skills
- Previous experience in customer service or technical support is an asset
- Bilingual (e.g., Mandarin, French) is an asset.
Job Details:
- Part-time: Approximately 28 hours/week during probation
- Full-time opportunity after successful completion of probation
- Weekend Shifts as needed
- Location: On-site at our Toronto office (Yonge-Sheppard)
