About Us:

We are a leading supplier of innovative fertilizer solutions across Western Canada. As a key distributor of Arctic S Sulphur and other high-performance sulphur nutrient products, we’re committed to helping growers and ag-retailers. With a planned expansion to triple capacity in 2026 and continued demand for our sulphur-based fertilizers, we’re looking to expand our reach with a dynamic and experienced Sales Manager.

Position Overview:

We are seeking a highly motivated Sales representative to join our wholesale fertilizer sales team with a focus on Arctic S & Triple kick Sulphur. Based out of Saskatoon, this role will be responsible for growing our distribution network, building relationships with ag-retailers and co-ops, and driving strategic sales efforts across the Prairie provinces and possibly internationally.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Manage and grow wholesale sales of Arctic S Sulphur and other product lines
  • Develop relationships with ag-retailers, buying groups, and distributors
  • Build and execute seasonal sales plans, pricing strategies, and territory development
  • Provide technical support and product knowledge to partners and customers
  • Represent the company at industry trade shows, conferences, and customer meetings
  • Collaborate with supply chain and operations to ensure timely product delivery
  • Track sales performance and report to executive leadership

Qualifications:

  • 5+ years of experience in fertilizer/agriculture sales or agribusiness
  • Knowledge of sulphur fertilizer products, especially elemental sulphur, is preferred
  • Established relationships in the Western Canadian ag-retail space is an asset
  • Strong communication, negotiation, and relationship-building skills
  • Willingness to travel throughout SK, AB, and MB and possibly the USA
  • Self-starter with a results-driven attitude
  • Post-secondary education in agriculture, business, or a related field preferred
