Role Overview
If you’re a results-driven paid media expert with hands-on experience managing campaigns on Meta (Facebook & Instagram) Ads
and Google Ads
, and you can also create and post compelling on-brand content to maintain active social media presence, we want to hear from you. You’ll manage, optimize, and scale paid ads while ensuring our social platforms stay fresh and engaging.
Salary: Starting $50k + Commission bonus
Responsibilities

Plan, launch, and optimize paid campaigns on Meta Ads Manager (Facebook & Instagram)
and Google Ads (Search, Display, YouTube)
.

Analyze performance data to maximize ROI, adjusting targeting, creativity, and budgets accordingly.

Create, schedule, and post on-brand content on our social media accounts (TikTok, Instagram, Facebook, Pinterest, YouTube) to keep channels active and growing.

Engage with the social media community as needed to foster connection and growth.

Collaborate with social media and content teams to align paid and organic marketing efforts.

Conduct audience research and manage targeting for paid campaigns.

Manage budgets, pacing, and reporting of campaign results.

Stay updated on advertising trends, platform changes, and social media best practices.

Test and optimize ad creatives and copy through A/B testing.
Experience & Skills

Proven experience managing paid campaigns on Meta Ads Manager
and Google Ads
.

Strong analytical skills with a focus on data-driven campaign optimization.

Ability to create and post engaging, on-brand social media content to keep accounts active and aligned with brand voice.

Familiarity with social media platforms: TikTok, Instagram, Facebook, Pinterest, YouTube.

Comfortable with tools like Google Analytics and ad platform dashboards.

Excellent communication and collaboration skills.

Experience in health and wellness is a plus but not required.
