Key Responsibilities

· Maintain the quality of each dish while ensuring a speedy output

· Function as part of a team, with a focus on communication

· Ensure company food and plating specifications are met, while executing appropriate food handling protocols

· Uphold cleanliness of workstation

· Support in all areas of the kitchen

Key Requirements

· Previous experience in a full-service restaurant considered to be an asset

· Impeccable attention to detail

· Energetic and positive

· Able to work both independently and as part of a team

· Possess basic food handling and preparation knowledge

· Able to work under pressure and in a fast-paced environment

· Ability to Shuck and handle Oysters an asset

Job Types: Full-time, Part-time

Pay: $21.00-$24.00 per hour

Expected hours: 30 – 45 per week
