Overview:

We’re seeking a talented and detail-oriented Graphic Designer to join our creative team. This is a hands-on, in-office role where you’ll bring visual concepts to life across both print and digital platforms for multiple brands.

The ideal candidate is an experienced and versatile designer with a strong eye for layout, excellent communication skills, and the ability to collaborate effectively while also taking initiative.

Key Responsibilities:

• Design and produce a wide range of materials, including signage, brochures, flyers, catalogues, promotional items, digital and print ads, website elements, product packaging, conference materials, and more
• Create web-ready assets with an understanding of responsive design and digital layout principles
• Prepare final artwork for both digital publishing and professional print production
• Proofread and edit content with exceptional attention to detail
• Implement feedback from multiple stakeholders, refining work to align with creative direction
• Organize, archive, and maintain clean and efficient file structures for all projects
• Collaborate with multiple departments and support various in-house brands
• Perform basic video editing and create short-form video content as needed

Requirements:

• Minimum of 3 years’ experience in a professional design role
• Diploma or degree in Graphic Design or a related field
• Proficiency in key design software, including Adobe InDesign, Illustrator, Photoshop, Canva, and others as required
• Strong understanding of file preparation for both digital and print output
• Experience with web design tools and principles (basic HTML/CSS) considered an asset
• Strong creative, visual, and written communication skills
• Excellent proofreading and editing abilities
• Highly organized, dependable, and capable of managing multiple deadlines and priorities
• Receptive to direction and able to adapt to feedback in a constructive, positive manner
• Comfortable working independently as well as part of a collaborative team
• Flexible, open-minded, and solutions-focused in your approach
