We are looking for someone who:

• Can consistently show up to work on time with a willingness to learn. NO experience in Helical piles is necessary.
• Enjoys being outside
• Is accountable and reliable
• Responsible working with vehicles and machinery
• Is positive when facing challenges
• Has a valid G Driver’s license
• Is a Team player and can also work alone
• Has had some experience in the construction field

You will be responsible for assisting, learning, training with one our certified installers until you become a certified installer. Every new member of our team receives in-depth “On-The-Job” training in order to learn how to properly, and accurately install helical piles.

Job Responsibilities after going through training program

• Operate machinery and systems necessary to helical pile installation
• Drive company truck and pull trailer
• Load/unload material and equipment
• Install Material
• Complete frequent truck inspections for safe operations
• Provide amazing customer service

• Construction: 5 years (required)

• Class G Licence (required)
