About the Job
Dixie Ford is seeking a full-time Service Advisor to join our growing team! As one of our advisors you will work in a high volume and fast-paced environment as a front-line service representative for our guests.

Position Objective
- Assisting parts and service guests.
- Complete sales customer files and records.
- Accurately and clearly articulate information between technicians and our guests.
- Processing and claiming for customer warranty.
- Accepting incoming Ford appointment calls, scheduling appointments, and confirming online appointment bookings.
- Explains technical information about repairs to guests.
- Arranging alternate transportation for guests when required.
- Tracking progress of repair orders.
- Contacting guests for estimates and time changes.
- Following up on Ford recalls.
- Scheduling follow-up appointments for the technicians.
- Customer database management.
- Assisting parts and service customers.
- Ford Pass Rewards database management
Qualifications
- Excellent customer service skills required.
- Administrative experience.
- Sales experience, preferably automotive.
- Active listening and interpersonal skills.
- De-escalation and communication skills.
- Ability to switch between tasks / multitask in a fast-paced environment.
- An understanding of a vehicle’s working systems.
- Ford experience and knowledge are an asset.

Pay: $60,000.00-$80,000.00 per year

- Mississauga, ON L4W 1E6: reliably commute or plan to relocate before starting work (preferred)

We have been here since 1984 and are owned by the Hogan family who have been in the car business for over 50 years. We have two sister stores; Holiday Ford in Peterborough, Ontario and Woodstock Toyota in Woodstock, Ontario.
