Job Details: Full-time; Monday - Friday; 7:00 am - 3:30 pm

Wages: To be determined; based on experience

Job Overview

The Office Assistant will be responsible for the front desk, assisting with part sales and providing administrative support.

Duties and Responsibilities

Front desk:

· Greet and assist visitors in a friendly and professional manner

· Answer and direct incoming phone calls using a multi-line phone system

· Relay telephone calls and messages

· Handling incoming and outgoing correspondence

Customer Service / Parts:

· Manage the parts email

· Assist customers in person, by email or on the phone

· Collecting all required information in order to assist customers with inquiries

· Providing customers with quotes on parts and shipping costs

· Process RV parts orders, including invoicing and collecting payments using PayPal software, packaging the order, and preparing the shipping documents

Inventory:

· Assist with monthly inventory counts

· Data entry of inventory count

· Order and maintain office inventory

Accounts Payable:

· Enter A/P invoices

· Process and enter warranty claims for payment

· Filing A/P documents

Assist with HR tasks:

· Prepare new employee hiring packages

· Onboarding new employees, including orientation and plant tour

_ Other:_

· Perform various clerical duties, including filing documents, data entry, photocopying and scanning

· Preparing documents for RV unit packages

· Maintain office organization and cleanliness

Position Requirements

· Previous experience in an administrative support role

· Sound administrative skills

· Strong customer service skills

· Basic computer skills with experience using MS office products and ability to learn other software programs

· Strong ability to organize, prioritize, multi-task and manage time

· Attention to detail and high level of accuracy

· Effective oral and written communication skills

· Strong data entry and keyboarding skills

· Knowledge of office equipment

· Excellent teamwork

· High degree of confidentiality, discretion and professionalism

· Experience and knowledge of RV’s and RV parts is an asset

Physical Requirements

· Physically fit to lift up to 20lbs

· Walking and/or standing for extended periods of time
