About the role
This is a 6 - 12 month contract.
- Deliver data-driven recommendations to guide commercial decisions, especially around pricing, by analyzing market trends and sales performance. Generate insights into customer behavior and market conditions to support revenue growth initiatives.
- Create integrated data solutions that merge information from diverse sources to enhance visibility into sales and market dynamics.
- Collaborate closely with sales and marketing teams to understand their reporting needs and develop new analytical tools. Responsibilities include verifying data integrity, synthesizing complex datasets, and conducting hands-on testing of reporting interfaces to ensure they are both reliable and user-friendly. Support the development of dashboards with self-service capabilities when needed.
- Oversee the ongoing refinement and advancement of various reporting and modeling tools—leveraging platforms such as QlikView, Power BI, PowerPivot, Excel (including VBA), and Access—to support operational and strategic objectives.
- Partner with commercial teams to create alternative proposals informed by market knowledge. Coordinate with Finance and Compliance to ensure that all plans are financially sound and legally compliant.
- Support the design and calculation of value-based offerings and incentive structures for customers. Ensure processes are in place for tracking, reconciling, and fulfilling contract terms related to financial incentives.
- Take part in—or lead—broader customer intelligence initiatives, including cross-functional or global efforts. Actively contribute to knowledge sharing by disseminating successful strategies and insights from other teams or regions.
To be considered:
- Must have 2+ years of business analyst experience supporting sales and marketing teams
- experience with PowerBi, Excel & Macros is required
- Comfortable working 4 days a week in office
